With over two decades of experience in brand strategy, marketing communications, and creative leadership, Liz Koplan has helped scale businesses, reposition brands, and drive measurable impact for high-growth tech companies, healthcare innovators, and iconic Fortune 500 companies. She’s built and led award-winning marketing teams, managed agencies locally and across the world, and delivered results for both fast-moving startups and established industry leaders.
Liz has held executive leadership roles at some of the most recognized brands in healthcare and tech, most recently at IntelyCare and Monster.com, where she led major rebrands, built marketing programs from the ground up, and shaped brand narratives that drove business success. She’s developed and executed strategies across brand, corporate communications, advertising, sales enablement, product marketing, social media, PR and creative services—working both inside organizations and alongside the agencies she’s managed. Winner of numerous awards for advertising, PR, and content marketing effectiveness, she’s excited to work with On Hand Brand clients to deliver expert strategy, bold creative, and marketing that delivers.

Michelle is a dynamic creative problem-solver with over 15 years of experience leading impactful social and digital campaigns for major brands such as Microsoft, Gillette, Jaguar Land Rover North America, JPMorgan Chase, and BlackRock. Most recently, she led 360 brand initiatives in the AI-driven healthcare space with IntelyCare. Her expertise spans both B2B and B2C markets, with a focus on crafting innovative strategies that deliver measurable results.
Whether in agency or in-house settings, Michelle excels at building and leading creative teams, developing compelling content, managing vendors, and collaborating closely with key stakeholders. Brand Refresh

The IntelyCare brand refresh introduced insight-led positioning and a full rebrand across all assets, including new messaging, website design and copy, colors, fonts, iconography, and photography. The brand launched with internal and sales teams before reaching healthcare audiences across channels.
Advertising Campaigns

A mix of digital, social, and print ads elevated Monster.com’s presence across channels, supported by TV and radio campaigns developed in partnership with agency producers. Many campaigns earned Effie Awards for impact.
Sales Enablement

The first full suite of sales collateral, including PowerPoints, one-sheets, and email templates, supported IntelyCare’s new go-to-market strategy. A centralized hub was designed and built to house the materials.
Thought Leadership

Monster’s first Work Watch Report used polling data to capture national worker sentiment, supported by a branded site and campaign assets across sales, social, digital, and PR. It earned the media share of voice and positioned Monster as a workplace thought leader.
Direct Mail Services

Local businesses across Massachusetts used targeted direct mail to reach customers at home, with each piece crafted from concept to delivery to tell a story, build connection, and drive results.
Digital Campaigns

For the 2020–21 NFL season, the team led Gillette’s social and digital creative to amplify the Saquon Barkley TV spot in the "Every Day is Game Day" campaign. Content included cutdowns, social posts, a YouTube series, GIFs, stop-motion, athlete pages, and in-stadium activations, boosting brand visibility across channels.
Website + Landing Pages

A tailored strategy was developed for IntelyCare’s B2B and B2C landing pages and website content, with designs and messaging customized to each audience. Content included CTAs, case studies, and social proof, supported by analytics for ongoing optimization.
Social Campaigns

As the in-house social creative team for Microsoft Surface, we produced both always-on and campaign content, from high-budget quarterly shoots to streamlined in-studio production. The team led monthly brainstorms, client pitches, and content reviews, managing end-to-end creative to elevate the brand.
