With over two decades of experience in brand strategy, marketing communications, and creative leadership, Liz Koplan has helped scale businesses, reposition brands, and drive measurable impact for high-growth tech companies, healthcare innovators, and iconic Fortune 500 companies. She’s built and led award-winning marketing teams, managed agencies locally and across the world, and delivered results for both fast-moving startups and established industry leaders.
Liz has held executive leadership roles at some of the most recognized brands in healthcare and tech, most recently at IntelyCare and Monster.com, where she led major rebrands, built marketing programs from the ground up, and shaped brand narratives that drove business success. She’s developed and executed strategies across brand, corporate communications, advertising, sales enablement, product marketing, social media, PR and creative services—working both inside organizations and alongside the agencies she’s managed. Winner of numerous awards for advertising, PR, and content marketing effectiveness, she’s excited to work with On Hand Brand clients to deliver expert strategy, bold creative, and marketing that delivers.

Her expertise spans both B2B and B2C markets, with a focus on crafting innovative strategies that deliver measurable results.
Whether in agency or in-house settings, Michelle excels at building and leading creative teams, developing compelling content, managing vendors, and collaborating closely with key stakeholders. Her career is defined by a passion for innovation, a relentless drive to explore new opportunities, and a commitment to delivering work that makes a meaningful, lasting impact.
